Information we collect
We collect the following personal information:
Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

A name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information

Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information)
D. Commercial information
Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies
E. Biometric information
Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as, fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.
F. Internet or other electronic network activity information
browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.
G. Geolocation data
Physical location or movements.
H. Sensory data
Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
I. Professional or employment-related information
Current or past job history or performance evaluations.
Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g; 34 C.F.R. Part 99)
Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
K. Inferences drawn from other personal information
other personal information. Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
We collect the following sensitive personal information:
Social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number
Account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account
Racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.
The contents of a consumer’s mail, email, and text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication.
A consumer’s genetic data.
The processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer: 1. Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s health. 2. Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s sex life or sexual orientation.
We collect the above personal information and sensitive personal information from the following sources:
Directly from you – for example when you create an account and provide profile information, when you make a booking or payment, when you provide information for verification and authentication purposes or when you communicate with us or other Eqpme users.
Indirectly form you – for example, when you are interacting with our Platform including searches and the content you view and through cookies and other similar technology.
From others – for example, when you use one of our service providers to make a payment.
How we use your personal information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes:
To verify your identity or authenticate information provided by you, including during account creation and password reset processes.
To resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems.
To detect, prevent, and/or remediate fraud, abuse, security incidents or other potentially harmful, prohibited or illegal activities.
To detect, prevent or remediate violations of and enforce our Terms of Service [MP2] and Policies.
To manage and protect our information technology infrastructure.
To conducting investigations and risk assessments.
To conduct checks against databases and information sources (such as but not limited to public government databases).
To comply with law.
To create anonymous data.

Eqpme may disclose your personal information for a business purpose but we do not sell your personal information.

Length of time we retain your personal information
Eqpme will retain your personal information for as long as you continue to use our services and maintain an account on the Eqpme platform.
Upon verification of your identity, you have the following rights:
Right to know: You have the right to request that we disclose the following information to you:
- The categories of personal information it has collected about.
- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information.
- The categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information to.
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
Right to delete personal information: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you which we have collected from you.
Right to correct personal information: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information.
Right to opt out: You have the right, at any time, to direct us not to sell or share your personal information to third parties. This right may be referred to as the right to opt-out of sale or sharing.
Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information: You have the right, at any time, to direct us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to that use which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services.
Right to non-discrimination: California law prohibits discrimination against you for exercising your privacy rights. This includes:
- Denying goods or services to you.
- Charging different prices.
- Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you.
Exercising your rights

Contacting us through your Eqpme account.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
Your request to know can only be made twice within a 12 month period and must include the following information:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include:
Any additional information depending on the nature of the request and sensitivity of the information.
You must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
If we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you then we may be unable to respond to your request or provide you with personal information.
You are not required to make an account with us to make a verifiable consumer request. However, we consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account, provided the functionality is available.
We will aim to respond to your request within 45 days. If we require more time to respond to your request, we will notify you in writing.
Any disclosures will cover the 12 month period proceeding the receipt of your verifiable consumer request. We may not be able to comply with your request if we must maintain your personal information in order to:
Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated by you within the context of Eqpme’s ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between Eqpme and you.
Help to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of your personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for those purposes.
Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise that consumer’s right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.
Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act pursuant to Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 1546) of Title 12 of Part 2 of the Penal Code
Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research that conforms or adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when Eqpme’s deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the ability to complete such research, if the consumer has provided informed consent.
To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on the consumer’s relationship with Eqpme and compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.
Comply with a legal obligation.
Where we are unable to comply with your request, we will notify you of the reasons for non-compliance in writing.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive. Where a fee is required, we will tell you why and provide a cost estimate before processing your request.
